Get hired for what you do,
not how you interview.
Kaleidoo matches neurodivergent talent with employers through short, paid work trials. You show up, do the actual work, and decisions are made on evidence — not how well you perform under interview pressure.

A hiring process that works with how neurodivergent people actually think and work — not against it.
- 1
Show your strengths
Build a profile around how you actually work — your focus style, communication preferences, and the environments where you do your best. No AI-optimised buzzwords, no masks.
- 2
Take a paid trial
Do the real work: a short, time-boxed task that mirrors what the role actually involves. You get paid for your time regardless of the outcome. No unpaid homework.
- 3
Get hired on the evidence
Hiring decisions come from what you delivered — not small talk, eye contact, or how polished your answers were. The work speaks for itself.
I built Kaleidoo because I've lived this.
I wasn't diagnosed as autistic until my late thirties — which meant most of my career, I just knew something about the hiring process didn't fit me, without having a name for it.
I was brilliant at the actual job and fell apart in the room where they decide if you're worth hiring. Interviews reward a very specific kind of performance — one that has almost nothing to do with whether you can do the work. For a lot of neurodivergent people, that gap isn't a weakness. It's the system being broken.
Kaleidoo doesn't ask you to disclose anything. No diagnosis required, no checkbox, no label. You just do the work — and the work is what counts. I didn't have a label for most of mine. You shouldn't need one either.
