Accessibility statement

Our commitment
Kaleidoo is building a hiring platform for neurodivergent people. Accessibility is not a feature we add later — it is the baseline we build from. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA across this site.
Accessibility tools
This page includes a built-in accessibility panel (open it with the Accessibility tools button in the navigation, or press Alt + 0). It lets you adjust:
- Text size, line spacing, letter spacing, word spacing, and alignment
- Font — including Atkinson Hyperlegible (designed for low vision) and OpenDyslexic
- Colour theme — including two high-contrast modes and a soft dark mode
- Motion reduction, reading ruler, enhanced focus rings, link and heading highlights
- Plain view, image hiding, and read-aloud via the Web Speech API
These settings are stored in your browser only. We do not collect or store them.
What we know is not perfect yet
- The kaleidoscope animation on the homepage pauses automatically when Reduce motion is enabled or when your operating system's reduced-motion preference is on. If you find it distracting by default, use the Calm or Reduce motion settings.
- Read-aloud sentence highlighting is not yet implemented — speech plays without visual tracking of the current position.
- This is a pre-launch page. We will carry out a full third-party audit before the main platform launches.
How to report a problem
If you experience any barrier on this site, please email us at hello@kaleidoo.co.uk. We aim to respond within five working days. Please describe what you were trying to do, which browser and assistive technology you were using, and what happened.
