What we collect

When you join the waitlist

  • Your email address (required).
  • Your name, if you give it.
  • Whether you are joining as talent, an employer, both, or an investor or partner, if you tell us.
  • How you heard about us, if you tell us.
  • The date and time you signed up.

Please do not include health information or a diagnosis in any field. We do not need it and we never ask for it.

When you use Brief Breakdown

The brief you paste in, and how much time you say you have.

We send this to our server only to create your breakdown. We do not store it. To create the breakdown, we pass the text to our AI provider, Anthropic, which processes it under its own terms. Please remove names, contact details or other personal information from a brief before you paste it.

When you visit the site

Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to run the site securely.

We use your IP address briefly to stop spam and repeated sign-ups. We do not keep it for this purpose.

Accessibility settings

Your accessibility settings (for example text size, font and colour theme) are stored in your own browser only. They are never sent to us.

Cookies

We do not use advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies. We do not use any web analytics service. Your accessibility preferences are stored in your browser's local storage only, not in a cookie.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with services that help us run Kaleidoo:

  • Resend: stores the waitlist and sends our emails.
  • Vercel: hosts the website.
  • Anthropic: processes Brief Breakdown text to create your breakdown.
  • Google (Gmail): receives our internal sign-up notifications.

Some of these providers are based in, or store data in, the United States. Where your information leaves the UK, we rely on safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK–US data bridge or approved contract terms.

How long we keep it

  • Waitlist details: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. If Kaleidoo has not launched, we will delete them no later than 24 months after you sign up.
  • Brief Breakdown text: not stored by us.
  • Hosting logs: kept by Vercel for a short period under its own policy.

  • ask for a copy of your information;
  • ask us to correct it;
  • ask us to delete it;
  • ask us to limit how we use it;
  • object to how we use it;
  • ask us to move it to another service;
  • withdraw your consent at any time.

To use any of these rights, email hello@kaleidoo.co.uk. We will reply within one month.
